Burns Simulator Golf Tour
$5,000 in Scholarship awarded each season!
Welcome to the home of the Burns Simulator Golf Tour. We designed this tour with one thing in mind, FUN! We will hold events that kids and Coaches can play to keep them engaged all year long. The best part about it is that the kids will be allowed to earn scholarship money by participating in the events.

Many schools have simulators on site now. You can play these rounds on any simulator that has access to GS Pro. If you do not have access to a simulator, our friends at Tee'd Up Florence have agreed to let you come play your league rounds for free! Just call them so set yourself an appointment. (The only free rounds are rounds for the Scholarship Tour. Any other gameplay at Tee'd up will cost)

Details of the Scholarship Administration Process

Purpose– The intent of the scholarship program is to give kids assistance on their journey following high school. The funds will provide financial assistance towards education or going into a trade.

Accessing Funds – Scholarship funds will be available immediately following graduation. The student will apply to us to access the funds. The scholarship committee will approve or deny the application based on meeting the minimum standards.

Minimum Standards – The minimum standards for accessing funds are high school graduation and any form of education enrollment. Education does not have to be college. It can be trade school, Insurance license exam path that requires formal education and/or training.

Intent – our intent is to payout 100% of the scholarship money earned. We’ve just got to encourage kids to be moving forward on a specific path.

Logistics – Your scholarship money will continue to accrue until you graduate High School, so accumulate all you can. Once you graduate, you will apply to access the funds. Once we approve the funds, they will be distributed from Morgan Stanley where they are being held.

Oversight – The Burns Foundation Executive Board along with a licensed representative will both have oversight over record keeping and accounting. There will be full transparency to insure every scholarship is paid out like it should be.
